initial data set. In addition, more matching iterations on a result can be performed by
first copying the result data set to the initial data set and then matching again (the
matching is started based on the initial data set).

The next command defines any data set to be the reference or gold-standard data set.
Once a gold standard has been defined, the quality of any resulting visual-area ROIs
can be determined by comparing it with the gold standard. This is explained in more
detail later.

The last three commands reset the current data set, delete the visual-area ROIs (they
are re-calculated when to be displayed), and delete all points that were specified in the
fovea or the boundaries between visual areas. The boundary points can be used to cre-
ate an initially aligned atlas. They can also influence the matching procedure, i.e.,
when the atlas images are automatically deformed to match the corresponding meas-
ured images.
