A measure of quality can be computed based on the difference between gold standard visual-
area ROIs and those visual-area ROIs that were computed by mrFindBorders. Please refer to
section 5.4 for more information on this topic.
The setting of the “Current Data Set” list box not only influences the displayed result but
also other operations, e.g., energy calculation, quality calculation, iso-angle ROI calculation,
etc. These functionalities are explained later. The atlas images (chosen from the list boxes
above the two images) are automatically deformed according to the currently selected data set.
