Figure 21 shows the specified points as well as atlases that were created based on the three
points and other settings, e.g., in the options menu (see section 4.9.2.1). Alternatively, the user
can specify a polygon with four points (Figure 22 left). Based on the polygon, the initially
aligned atlases are created. They look similar as the ones in Figure 21. The visual-area ROIs
(based on atlas annotations) can then be overlaid onto the measured phase image (Figure 22
right). The created atlas images (Figure 21) can be displayed by selecting from the list boxes
above the two images in the main window (see section 4.7).

Instead of marking a total of three points in the fovea and in boundaries, the user
can draw a polygon by specifying four points (left image). The right image can be
displayed when the atlases have been created based on the entered points. It shows
visual-area ROIs overlaid onto the measured phase-wedge image.
