4.4 Loading Data and Displaying It
Data can be loaded by selecting the desired option from the File menu. It is possible to use a
mrSESSION.mat file (used by mrLoadRet) to load the data. It is also possible to load test data
sets that are either generated (Noisy, Rotated, and Deformed Atlas), or that are saved together
with the source code (Alyssa Data Set and Huk Data Set). Data that has previously been saved
from mrFindBorders can also be loaded. After data has been loaded, the reference data, which
is usually the measured data (it can also be artificially created to test the algorithm), can be
displayed (Figure 19) by choosing from the list boxes above the two images in mrFindBor-
ders main figure.
