vDeleteAllROIs.m
vDeleteAllROIs replaces all matrices that store ROIs in the ud.data structure by empty matri-
ces.
vDispAllROIs.m
This function shows all visual-area ROIs in one figure but overlaid onto different images.
vLoadFlatROIs.m
vLoadFlatROIs loads and returns visual-area ROIs. The directory, the names of the ROIs, and
the hemisphere has to be given to the function.
vMkIsoAngleROIIm.m
ROI coordinates are passed to the function. Locations that correspond to those given ROI co-
ordinates in a given image are set to a value that has to be also passed to the function.
vMkIsoAngleROIs.m
This
function
sets
the
field
ud.data.isoAngleROIs
based
on
the
field
ud.data.isoAngleROIsOriginal. The function ensures consistent ROI names and colors of the
iso-angle ROIs.
vMkIsoAngleROIsOriginal.m
vMkIsoAngleROIsOriginal creates iso-angle ROIs, which are mainly based on the deformed
wedge-atlas image.
